The 31476331 is a genuine Volvo blind spot detection radar sensor intended for compatible XC90, XC60, S90, and V90 vehicles. Installed at the passenger-side rear corner, it uses radar detection to monitor traffic alongside the vehicle and passes that information to the factory blind spot alert system.
