If the return is initiated due to customer error, the refund will be issued for the product price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

General Information

Unit Auto Parts LLC values each customer and strives to provide high-quality service. We understand that in some cases a product return may be necessary, and this policy is designed to make the return process clear and transparent.

1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

(a) A return or exchange request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

(b) The product must be returned in its original factory packaging, without significant damage, except where the damage occurred during shipping.

(c) All original documentation, manuals, and accessories included by the manufacturer must be returned with the product.

(d) Seller error or defective item, including but not limited to:

The received product does not match the description on the website

The product arrived damaged or defective and cannot perform its intended function

In these cases, the return will be approved, and a refund will be issued after inspection.

(e) Customer error, including:

Incorrect product selection

Incorrect quantity ordered

Incorrect information provided by the customer

1.2 Non-Returnable Conditions

The following cases are not eligible for return:

(a) Return requests submitted after the 30-day return period.

(b) Products with heavily damaged packaging that prevents product identification or shows signs of improper storage.

(c) Products that have been opened, installed, used, modified, or show signs of wear.

(d) If the product has been installed or improperly used and shows signs of damage, a partial refund may be issued to account for depreciation or restoration costs. The refund amount will be communicated after inspection. Returned products must be in resalable condition.

1.3 Return Process

The customer submits a return request using the Return Form.

The request is reviewed by Unit Auto Parts LLC for compliance with this policy.

If approved, return instructions are provided by email.

The product is shipped back according to the provided instructions.

Inspection

Returned products are inspected within 2–4 business days after receipt.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and issued to the original payment method.

1.4 Exchange Procedure

Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange conditions follow the same eligibility rules as returns.

Shipping costs follow the same rules outlined above.

Exchanges are processed after successful inspection of the returned product.

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from the official Unit Auto Parts website.

Unit Auto Parts LLC reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
