2-Year Limited Warranty Policy (Manufacturing Defects Only)
Unit Auto Parts LLC provides a 2-Year Limited Warranty for eligible automotive parts purchased directly through our official website:

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to products purchased through Unit Auto Parts LLC.
Purchases made through third-party platforms (including eBay, Amazon, or resellers) are not covered.
1. Warranty Coverage
This Limited Warranty covers only manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use during the warranty period.
If a part is confirmed defective due to a manufacturing issue, Unit Auto Parts LLC may, at its sole discretion:

Refund the purchase price of the part
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Warranty coverage is valid only within the United States.
3. Warranty Exclusions (Not Covered)
This warranty does not cover any failure, damage, or defect caused by:
3.1 Normal Wear and Tear
All automotive parts are subject to wear over time. Normal deterioration is not covered.
3.2 Improper Installation or Repair
Warranty is void if the part was:

Modified or disassembled

Repaired by an unauthorized person

Installed without following manufacturer specifications
3.3 Misuse or Negligence
Damage resulting from misuse, racing, off-road use, overloading, or negligent operation is not covered.
3.4 Accidents or External Damage
Any damage caused by vehicle accidents, impacts, fire, flooding, or other external events is excluded.
3.5 Fuel and Exhaust System Failures
Failures caused by contaminated, incorrect, or low-quality fuel are not covered.
3.6 Environmental and Chemical Exposure
This warranty does not apply to corrosion or damage caused by:

Road salt or de-icing chemicals

Industrial pollution

Acid or alkaline substances

Weather events such as hail or lightning

Animal or bird waste
3.7 Consumable and Maintenance Parts
The following items are not covered due to their consumable nature:

Gaskets

Brake pads and similar wear items
4. Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a warranty claim, the customer must provide:

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Documentation of professional installation (invoice or service record)

Written diagnostic report confirming the part failure

The part must be returned for inspection if requested
Unit Auto Parts LLC reserves the right to deny claims without sufficient documentation.
5. Inspection and Approval
All warranty claims are subject to inspection.
Returned parts will be evaluated within 2–5 business days after receipt.
Warranty coverage will be approved only if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
6. Limitations of Liability
This warranty covers the product only.
Unit Auto Parts LLC is not responsible for any additional costs, including but not limited to:

Labor or installation charges

Towing expenses

Rental vehicles

Lost time or income

Vehicle downtime

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
7. Unauthorized Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Parts returned without approval may be refused or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
