Description

The 68003216AE clockspring steering column control module manages the electrical connection between stationary column wiring and circuits mounted on the rotating steering wheel while allowing normal wheel movement without pulling the fixed harness. Inside the housing, a flexible coiled conductor responds to steering input by winding or unwinding, preserving circuit continuity and carrying control signals across the moving interface as the wheel changes direction.
